As mentioned earlier the stars came out to see Rattle and Hum for mthe Stones Roses Ian Brown and Manny were in the crowd as were 80's rockers FM and "Moose" The breakfast show host form Manchesters very own number 1 radio station ROCK FM.......

The evening opened with two supports acts Arrow Head and Elephant Trunk....Fine sets from both bands.....

Bono and the boys took to the packed stage just after 9.45PM and went straight in to Vertigo, the band had them from the start. The stage a littled cramped but no one minded the crows loved it. Criag you deserve a medal for doing the sound out there... well done mate.

Al lthe hits were played until just after 12.00 whe nthe boys playe Pride for the encore.....A great evening frought at times but a great gig on St Paddy's night...


So Saturday it was the near Three hour drive down through the Peak district to Belper for the bands first apperance at The Geenhouse, the night showed early promise big stage and Great food....Didn't quite live to expectations pherhaps it was the weather or they were just not used to a babd like Rattle and Hum rolling in to town or well as Bono said "you cant win them all"......

Any way the next gig is in Rawtenstal lat The Cafe Artizan always a rocking night rumor has it we have people travelling from Australia to see the band.

And the band are locked in rehersals over in Brighouse Yorkshire not sure what they are learning but you'd beter "get on your boots" and find out
