The venue was packed and the crowd were really up for this one. The boys took to the stage at around 9.45PM and played two blinding sets covering all the hits. Desire made a welcome return to the set the two new songs Bad and Even Better than the real Thing were played for the first time in front of a Burnley crowd.

Bono got in a spot of bother for standing up on the seats but it didn't put him off. People were commenting after the gig on how well he sang on Saturday, he was on fire.

Thanks to all who turned out in the rain to see us, and to the management of the club for having us back to play.

A special thanks to Anne,David and Kenny from the USA for travelling all the way from Germany, it was great to see Tarby from Manachester we haven't seen her for a while.

We are off now for a few weeks but we will be rehersing learning more new songs and some may be ready for the next gig on July 21st at The woodman. See you all there.
