100th Gig - Lock, Stock and Barrel HALIFAX

Wednesday, November 21, 2007

Saturday night was great at The Lock,Stock and Barrel in Halifax the band certainly were SMOKIN'at the Lock,Stock and Barrel.

The band new early on it was going to be a good night we had plenty of support. It was great to see around ten people had made the trip over the border in to Yorkshire from Burnley, and some of Adam's work collegues had made the short the trip from near by Huddersfield.

Jules playing only his third gig played out of his skin again, it was great that his mum, dad and their friends came to see the band play.

It was our first time in Halifax and indeed the crowd showed their appreciation for the bands efforts. The setlist worked well combining new and old U2.

Craig on the sound was as good as ever and Mick on the camera well he's just Mick as Bono commented "he's part of the family now"

Thanks to Gloria for letting us to play she hinted we would be back in 2008, and a BIG thank you to all the local Yorkshire folk for making al the lads from over the pennines feel very welcome. It felt like a Burnley gig. Thanks to everyone who turned out in the cold and the rain for making it feel that way.See you all next time.

In the meantime here is the ful setlist and check out the pics in the photo section. We got some reviews up too so check em out....
